Claim Process:

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for shipping the product to MAYAPURI for warranty evaluation. However, if the product is deemed eligible for warranty coverage, MAYAPURI will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

Limitation of Liability:

MAYAPURI's liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
